The Fleet Foxes are definitely overrated. Pitchfork just named gave them album of the year. WTF, guys? It's a middle of the road album at best.
Yes, I am from Seattle and hell, I've even met the dudes from Fleet Foxes. They are nice guys. Their music is OK but...just OK. The new Of Montreal record, Alopecia by Why?, the new No Age record, Abe Vigoda, Lil' Wayne...all better candidates for record of the year if you ask me. Sigh. I wish I wasn't full of so much hate.
